In this method Bend stream-tube is used to the single stream-tube. Regarding the propeller as a skew actuator.
该方法是以朱典明和谷口中所用方法为基础，用“弯曲流管”代替“单向流管”，将摆线推进器抽象为斜向作用盘，在斜向作用盘的作用下，产生斜向诱导速度，使水流方向发生改变。
